I’ve been connecting people for years. I just never called it recruiting.

I spent more than 20 years in marketing and business, working across large corporations, agencies, startups, healthcare, financial services, technology, travel, and consumer brands.

I’ve worked inside more than 15 organizations. I’ve seen firsthand how dramatically culture, leadership, communication, pace, autonomy, and expectations can differ.

Over the years, I became the person friends and colleagues called when they were thinking about their careers.

Who should I talk to? Am I underpaid? Should I be at a higher level? Do you know someone there?

I have helped dozens of friends and colleagues find opportunities, make introductions, rethink their positioning, and see strengths in themselves they sometimes had trouble articulating.

Then I went back to school, earned a master’s degree in counseling, and became a Licensed Counselor in Massachusetts.

Counseling changed how I listen. It taught me to pay attention to motivation, communication, fear, strengths, behavior, relationships, and what people do not always say directly.

A resume can tell you what someone has done. A conversation can tell you who they are.

I use AI constantly for research, market mapping, compensation analysis, company research, network analysis, opportunity discovery, and finding patterns that would have taken an entire research team years ago.

But AI does not make the final judgment. I do.

At the core, I'm a matchmaker.
