Representation

For the right person. And the right opportunity.

Selective. For professionals where the research and relationship suggest that taking them into the market makes sense.

01What representation is — and isn't

This is not "pay Michael and he'll find you a job." Representation begins with the person, not a requisition.

Worth Meeting gets to know someone deeply, understands what makes them valuable, researches where that value could translate and, for selected professionals, actively identifies and pursues thoughtful opportunities and introductions.

Many represented professionals are not currently applying for jobs.

They may already have a good position. They may be open to the right opportunity but not actively searching. Representation is about being in the market thoughtfully — not desperately.

02The process
01

Know

Understand the person beyond the résumé.

02

Research

Understand their market, compensation, comparable people, companies and possibilities.

03

Position

Articulate what makes them valuable and where that value translates.

04

Identify

Find organizations, roles and people worth exploring.

05

Introduce

Create thoughtful, human introductions rather than mass applications.

06

Support

Remain involved where useful as conversations and opportunities develop.

We don't blast your résumé. We make introductions.

03Confidential by default

We don't publicly advertise your search.

We don't share your identity without permission.

We don't blast your résumé.

We research where your experience matters and make thoughtful, confidential introductions to companies and people worth knowing.
